Fantastic image!
I personally don't feel this image needs any input to be honest, It's perfectly off centred & well balanced while being so. It's not to tightly cropped giving a nice amount of area around the subject too.
Being someone who shoots his pets I know how hard it is to get a crisp sharp image of an animal liable to unwanted movement & you've done this prefect (could of applied a purr pun if I was being silly).
One of the biggest things I find especially shooting @ f1.8 is getting the main area of the image in prefect focus, which for me here is the eye (to be honest it always is the eye) which yet again is done perfectly, as I feel the eyes make this image.

Fantastic image & beautiful cat.. I'm jealous of both.
